Home prices up across Fort Collins Region: Home prices, including distressed sales, increased in both Fort Collins-Loveland and Greeley in January, according to the most recent data from CoreLogic. In Fort Collins-Loveland, homes prices increased by 2.9 percent in January compared with January 2011. In Greeley, home prices increased by 1 percent over the same period. read more here
